Skills & training


If you have a proven track record in leadership roles or management positions, possess excellent communication, sales and negotiating skills, expense category experience, or can demonstrate high levels of expertise in a specific industry sector (e.g. Photocopiers, Print, Recruitment, Waste etc.), then we want to talk to you about operating your cost management consultancy with ERA.


Your training begins with our Pre-Launch phase, accessible via our Learning platform. The comprehensive Foundation Training lasts 10 days, immersing you in the vital aspects of establishing your business. Topics covered include client acquisition, effective client management, project delivery, and the utilisation of our specialised systems. 


Led by seasoned franchise partners and staff, this group-oriented training allows you to learn alongside new colleagues. ERA Ramp-Up is the next phase following your in- person training. These sessions are specifically tailored to enhance your sales strategies, networking initiatives, marketing skills, and other essential areas, accelerating your skill development for a quicker and more effective adaptation to the ERA environment.  


ERA Group’s local and global IT support and training is at your fingertips, along with the highest levels of cyber security for you and your clients’ data.
